Here is what you need to know before renting a room
Can I book a room without a credit card?
No, it is not possible to book a room without a credit card.
From what time can we check in on the day of arrival?
Check-in is available from 11:00 a.m. on the day of arrival. Please note that room availability is not guaranteed before 3:00 p.m. If the room is ready, we will be happy to provide you with the keys earlier; however, we reserve until 3:00 p.m. to finalize housekeeping.
What is the latest time by which check-out must be completed at the end of the stay?
At the end of your stay, you must have vacated your room by 11 a.m. at the latest.
Is it possible to have a late check-out (after 11 a.m.) at the end of the stay?
No
Why do I need to provide my credit card number during the booking process?
We require your credit card number to guarantee the reservation. Should any damage or other issues occur in the room, a minimum amount of $200 will be charged to you on the very morning the damage is discovered.
Are prepaid credit cards accepted during the booking process?
No, prepaid credit cards are not accepted during the room booking process. However, room payments made at the hotel reception can be settled with a prepaid credit card.
Do you offer discounts for workers?
Yes, check our website for our workers' rate which is valid from October to April.
What is your cancellation policy? Is a deposit required?
A non-refundable deposit of $30/night will be required when booking a room. If the reservation is cancelled (regardless of the notice period), this deposit will not be refunded.
- 48 hours prior to the day of arrival: the reservation may be cancelled at no extra charge.
- If cancelled within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival: a second deposit of $30/night/room will be required.
- In case of a no-show on the scheduled day of arrival: the full amount of your reservation will be charged in its entirety.
Are pets allowed in the rooms?
Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
Does the hotel offer connecting rooms?
No, the hotel does not offer connecting rooms.
Is there a parking fee?
No, outdoor parking is provided free of charge
Is a continental breakfast included?
No, we do not offer breakfast on-site; however, please ask our staff for a list of nearby restaurants that serve breakfast.
Do you offer an in-room movie rental service?
No, this service is not available at the hotel. However, about forty television channels are provided in the rooms.
Is Internet access free?
Wireless Internet access is free in all our rooms, common areas and meeting rooms.
